About MCE123
MCE123 was founded in 1999 by Patrick R. McElhiney, who also designed and developed Barrington Town News. MCE123 strives for excellence in everything that it does. McElhiney is currently a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science program at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. He already has an M.S. in Information Technology that he got at UNH Manchester, and he got his B.S. in Marketing Management. Major projects over the past year include Accessible Solutions and Barrington Town News.
MCE123 is a small business, but a rather large one based on the complexity of the organizational structure. There are 13 different departments that McElhiney manages himself. His current title is Chief Technology Officer, though he currently performs in all roles within the company. McElhiney does all of the work on almost everything himself. It's taken him the past 20+ years to learn how to do everything on his own so that he's not reliant on a staff, and so he can also bring the costs of development down for his customers.
